The year ends for the Paris Stock Exchange with a logically sparse agenda. It will soon end with a noticeable gain of around 17% for the Cac 40 as the key rate hike cycle ends and the first moves of monetary easing loom in 2024.
After posting, very early this morning, the numbers behind housing construction in France for the month of November, we simply find out the index at 15:45 Chicago area PMI purchasing managers for December.
According to the Bloomberg consensus, it should have fallen sharply to 50 points in December compared to 55.8 points in November.
No disclosure is expected from the business side.
